Security Feature Of Microsoft CRM!

Today, security feature is must for any software especially if the software is storing the information about your customers and accounts. As the technology is rapidly increasing, the malicious minded persons are developing security cracks for them. As the Microsoft CRM runs over the internet thus it has been provided with various levels of securities.

Over a broader view the Microsoft CRM security feature is divided into two parts. One is role-based security in which various roles can be created like a role can be created that manages the access right of the users, i.e. this role can define the controls and access level to various information to the users.

The other type of security is object-based security. In this we define the functionalities of the roles. For example in Microsoft CRM Marketing feature a role defined may have change opportunities but cannot do any changes in cases.

Microsoft CRM Integration adds another useful security to the CRM as in case of other CRM the use of third party tools was required to give the integration flexibility to the system and thus giving rise to many loopholes that can be hacked and could be a cause of information leak. Using the Microsoft CRM Customization tools you can customize the Microsoft CRM according to your needs. Also you can customize the CRM according to the needs of your previously existing accounting system.
